3. Estimates & Contracts

All project estimates are provided based on the scope of work discussed.
A written contract must be signed before any work begins.
Any changes to the project scope will require a written change order and may result in additional costs.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit is required before the start of any project.
Payment schedules will be outlined in each project agreement.
Late payments may result in work stoppage and additional fees.

5. Workmanship Warranty (Per California Standards)

Rapley Construction adheres to all California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) standards for workmanship quality.

We provide a one-year warranty on workmanship in accordance with California Business & Professions Code § 7091.
Materials and appliances may carry their own manufacturer warranties, which are passed to the client.
This warranty covers defects in labor but does not cover damage due to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper maintenance by the homeowner
- Modifications by third parties after project completion
- Natural disasters, flooding, or acts of God

6. Use of Website & Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, images, and text, is owned by Rapley Construction.
Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information submitted through this website will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation.
If unresolved, disputes will be handled in San Diego County, California, in accordance with California laws.
